Under the Bylaws, dues not paid within one calendar month of the membership renewal date result in automatic lapse of membership.

Notification and renewal
- Written notice of dues
- Members are notified in writing of the membership dues payable by them at any time.
- Lapse after one calendar month
- If dues are not paid within one (1) calendar month of the membership renewal date, membership automatically lapses and the member in default ceases to be a member of the corporation.

Submitting a membership application does not itself complete a payment. Any dues payable are shown in the member portal after approval and are communicated to the applicant in writing.
