About the conference
The 6th Conference of the Asia-Pacific Association for Fertility Preservation (APAFP) is held jointly with the Harbin International Symposium of Reproductive Medicine and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs), on August 21–23, 2026, at the Harbin Friendship Palace, Harbin, China.
The program opens with a Pre-Congress Training Workshop on vitrification and warming protocols, followed by two days of scientific sessions covering advances in assisted reproductive technologies and fertility preservation, with invited faculty from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

In the height of summer, Harbin is at its most picturesque. To deepen academic research and clinical practice in reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technologies, promote rigorous development of the field and strengthen international collaboration, we warmly invite you to the 2026 Conference of the Asia-Pacific Association for Fertility Preservation and the Harbin International Symposium of Reproductive Medicine and Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
The conference will take place in Harbin, China, from August 21 to 23, 2026. Leading experts and scholars from China and abroad will gather to explore advances at the forefront of the field and share the latest technological and research developments. The scientific program is designed in close alignment with national health priorities and related planning, with the goal of strengthening academic standards and clinical capabilities in reproductive medicine and assisted reproduction across the Asia-Pacific region and Heilongjiang Province.

Registration is completed through the conference mini-site. Payment must be completed when submitting the registration form; an unpaid submission is not considered registered.

Important notes
The training course is limited to 100 participants. Lunch is provided on August 22 and 23; travel and accommodation are at each participant's expense.
Cancellation: cancellations on or before August 8 incur a 10% administration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable after August 8. VAT electronic invoices may be requested from the order page after payment. Approved refunds are processed together after the conference.
