Jung Ryeol Lee

Jung Ryeol Lee, MD, PhD, is Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital. He is Professor in the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Translational Medicine at Seoul National University College of Medicine.
Professor Lee is Principal Investigator of the Fertility Preservation and Enhancement Research Laboratory. His principal academic interests include fertility preservation, regeneration of reproductive function and minimally invasive surgery. His research has addressed ovarian-tissue cryopreservation and the regeneration of ovarian and endometrial function, alongside the development of single-port laparoscopic techniques.
He serves in editorial leadership roles for peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Menopausal Medicine and Human Reproduction.
