Eduard Hambartsoumian

Professor Eduard M. Hambartsoumian, MD, PhD, Doctor of Medical Sciences, is Founder and Director of the Fertility Center in Yerevan and heads Human Reproduction at Armenia's National Institute of Health. He is also President of the Armenian Association of Reproductive Medicine.
A specialist in obstetrics, gynecology and assisted reproduction, he has trained and worked with reproductive-medicine teams in Europe and the United States. His scientific interests include embryo implantation, trophoblast biology, cytokine signaling and reproductive medicine, alongside clinical leadership and specialist education in Armenia.
